Adding a "Sharing is Sexy/Caring Widget for Blogger

This tutotiral lets you add autohiding social bookmarking buttons on your blogger blog. This is a must have for bloggers. It helps your visitors to bookmark and share your articles easily. The button shows when your visitors hover their mouse pointer over the icons. I got one on my footer (I switched to floating social media buttons already) . This is how you do it. The button should look like this:

Step 1:

Login to Blogger, go to Layout > Edit HTML and check on the " Expand Widget Template". Back up your template after doing this.

Step 2:

Find this code "</head>"
and immediately before or after it paste the following codes

When is the right time to monetize your blog?

According to kidblogger Carlo you should start to monetize your blog from the start. There is no good reason to not to monetize it. What if there were traffic spikes? Yellowminded on the other hand stated that there is nothing wrong with monetizing your blog from the start but it affects your focus on building traffic and quality backlinks if you find yourself checking your earnings everyday.

Actually there are no right or wrong answers to the question. Basically you can choose from the two options; put ads until you get traffic and/or put ads as you go.

Monetize until you have traffic

Without traffic, you won't make anything so there is no need to monetize your blog. You may want to start building traffic first. Monetizing it early will affect your focus in building traffic.

Monetize your blog as you go

Having ads on your blog coming from Google Adsense, Adbrite, Bidvertiser, etc. does'nt require too much effort. You just put some codes and leave it as you go building traffic. So why not monetize it from the very start?

My personal preference

I suggest monetizing your blog as you go. That is what I do when I created this blog. Monetizing my blog using adsense from the start gives me  the control of the design of my blog. If I started to build traffic first then I would have to choose a non-adsense ready template and when the time comes that I would monetize my blog, I would have to switch another template and its painful. Second reason was, my readers will get use to the ads that was placed on my blog. Thus avoiding negative comments.

Adding Code Snippets on Blogger Posts without any Installation

I've been looking for this for over a year now. Last year I was planning to make a blogspot tutorial blog when I encountered difficulty in displaying codes on blogger posts. So I decided to stop and blog for another topic that don't use any codes on the post. Until I've found some tutorials on how to do so.

First Method - Use SyntaxHighlighter

SyntaxHighlighter allows you to display codes on blogger posts. You can upload this on your own hosting or you can use the free hosted option. You can download SyntaxHighlighter here. Also on the page are tutorials on how to upload it. Or use the free hosted version.

Second Method - Parsing the Codes

You can do this by just following these simple steps. This method also works well in putting adsense codes on inside blogger posts.
  1. Copy the code you want to parse or display on your blog posts.
  2. Parse the code by using parse tool. It is free. Go to Blogcrowds.
  3. Paste the code on the form and hit Parse.
  4. There you go, the parsed code is now ready to be displayed on blogger post.
You can now display the codes on your blogger posts. But before that, enclose the code on a blockquote to give it an elegant look. To fully understand method number two, you can read BlogPandit's guide on how to do it.
Example:

PC Holics' Pagerank

Page Rank Check

Amazon Associates and Blogger now Integrated

Google and Amazon partner up and integrated the Amazon associates program on blogger blogs. You may notice the amazon contextual ad on the top of this post and the ad inside. The integration is only two clicks away. And you can also add amazon widget on any position on your blogger blog.

Click on the Monetize tab and you will notice that three options are there. Adsense, Adsense for Feeds and now Amazon Associates. You can set up the amazon associates program on your blogger blog by setting up new account or using your old account on amazon associates.  Here is what you see upon clicking the amazon associates tab.

Upon enabling Amazon Associates on your blog, a product finder will appear besides your post editor that lets you add up amazon product links on your posts. This is howit looks.

This is a great new feature on blogger blogs. Having the Amazon Associates feature is a great way in monetizing blogger blogs.

Twitter was Hacked by Iranian Cyber Army!

I was going to log on to my twitter account and I was shocked on what I have seen! Twitter has been hacked by Iranian cyber army on 18th DEc @ 12 AM CDT. Check it out for you to see.

Why are you not using Google Adsense on your blogs?

I read blogs everyday and I have noticed that some of them are not using Google Adsense to monetize them. I wonder and try to answer the question myself. And I have come up with a few reasons why they are not using Google Adsense on their blog.

Traffic
Its not about how many visitors come to your site although it is also one of the reasons. But where do the traffic came from? . If most of your traffic or you have traffic spikes coming from websites that violates Google Adsense TOS like Entrecard, StumbleUpon, Blog Explosion, Link Referral and other traffic exchange sites, then Google Adsense is not suitable on your blog.

Showing Competetitors
If you blog for a certian niche, chances are competitor's ads will show on your ad units. Encouraging your readers to click them and losing your readers...forever. Also readers are becoming so tech savvy. They hate ads that would redirect them to another page or site when they click on it. And they tend to leave your site.

Low Cost-per-Click
Your earnings also depends on your keywords. And if you got low paying keywords but having huge traffic , you might want to consider to find an alternative that would make more money for you.

Those are just few reasons why people does not want to use Google Adsense. If you knew other reasons then we could add that up here on the list. I am thinking also of terminting my Adsense account. Let me know what you think.

Three Killer Steps in Advertising your Blog for Free

Content is king but without promotion, your blog is useless. Your writing may be excellent but writing alone won't do much in promoting your precious blog. Writing a blog and advertising it are equally important. Heavy promotion of your blog may end up with dissatisfied visitors if yor not writing quality contents. Similarly, writing excellent contents won't do much without having it promoted. This is true, especially when you are new in blogging.

Here are 3 killer steps in advertising your blog. And guess what, It is free!

Promote your Blog in Forums

A forum is a place on the cyberspace where people interact with each other. They chat , ask questions and share information. What you do was search for a popular forum related to your blog contents. Interact with people, chat, share informations etc. You must build up relationship with the people in the forum. In the forum, there is a " Signature Section". Attach your blog advertising message with your blog's url. Everytime you post or reply to a message, your signature will automatically appear. People who see your post will also see your attach signature.

Connect with other Blogs

Your blog won't survive on its own. Find blogger groups on the internet and join. Swap links, guest post, comment on posts,  share and promote each other's blog. I remember my first time I blog at blogger. I wrote excellent post on health issues. I have wrote 120 articles and never promote them. I wonder why there is no traffic so I deleted the blog. Hope that won't happen to you.

Give Something for Free

What free? Free information. Write articles 250-500 words and submit them to article directories. By submitting free information on directories, you are building trust with other people. One lesson you must  learn before making money was to build trust. Everytime you submit an article on article directories, attach a little bio about you and your blog. It is a great way of advertising your blog.

These 3 steps are basic but effective and free in promoting your blog. I hope this helps you. Let me know what you think.

This is Probably the Best Paid to Upload Site

This website pays the highest rate per download. The rate was $.20-$.60 per download. It has 5 payment options; Paypal, ePassporte, Check, Western Union, or a Wire Transfer. Payments are provided every 1st day of the month. Your earnings are track and is reviewed well before having a payout. Okay! I won't make this long. I am talking about ShareCash.

So what's up with ShareCash? It's just another paid to upload site...If your thinking that ShareCash was another ordinary paid to upload scheme, then you are wrong. Let me show you a comparison on ShareCash vs other paid to upload sites.

ShareCash
  • $.20-$60 per download
  • Pays you honestly even advertisers don't pay them
  • Pay  outs are made the 1st week of the month
  • Have 5 payment options
  • Supports all kinds of files
  •  Lowest payout limit of $10
Other Websites
  • $10 per 1000 download
  • Scrub your earnings
  • Pay outs are delayed and often the last day of the month
  • Offers only on paypal and/or limited payment options
  • Payout is higher than $10

These are the only things that make ShareCash the best and original paid to upload site. I know you hear a lot of ShareCash as scam, but actually I know who owns ShareCash and have asked him a lot about the site. Only noobs say that ShareCash is a scam and doesn't pay. If you want to catch the owner of the site. Go on BlackHatWorld and find him with stealthisblog as his name on the forum.

Adsense Optimization Tip 3: Increase Earnings with other Adsense Features

It is possible to earn thousands on Google Adsense. I remember reading an article on Shoemoney showing his highest earnings on Google Adsense. And believe it or not, it is more than $100,000.  Yes! I've seen the check. If Jeremy can earn such bucks, then we can too. We can maximize our earnings on Google Adsense by using its other features.

Automatically deliver text and image ads targeted to your site and your site contents. Since ads are targeted, you can show your readers useful ads or ads that they are interested in. Thus maximizing your website's revenue.

Create a search bar and place it on your website. Earn revenue by helping your readers search across your website or across the web. You can customize the appearance of search results and ads.

Earn revenue by displaying text and image ads on your mobile's content. You can easily integrate ads on your mobile's web pages.

Earn revenue displaying text and image ads on your RSS feeds.

Earn revenue while parking your domain. If you have undeveloped domains, you can register for Adsense for domains and display ads. Rather than your visitors see empty pages of  your site.

This is a beta program of Google Adsense. If  you are a mobile applications developer, then you could sign up for this.

I don't know how this works.

You can now monetize your videos. Display InVideo ads and earn more when someone embeds your video across the web. You could also sign up as a partner on YouTube.

If you are playing apps on Facebook, you will see Google Adsense ads on the page. Top companies using Adsense for Games are Zynga, Playfish, Konami, Grab.com, Armor Games and etc.

So much for Google Adsense. Right now, I am currently enrolled on Adsense for Content, Search and Feeds.

Adsense Optimization Tip 2: Design the Perfect Ad

Designing the perfect ad on adsense is one of the key to earn on Google Adsense. It is not just by the quality of contents and quality of traffic that make you earn on Google Adsense. But how would you convince your visitors to click on the ad? You have to make it perfect! Perfect in a sense that it generates lots of clicks from your visitors. In designing the perfect ad, you have to take note of the following.

Ad Type

Choose the perfect ad size for your blog. The ad should encourage the visitors to click and not to annoy them. Experiment on different ad sizes and track them using channels on Google Adsense. Also think of a size that would fit on every section of your blog. For example, inside the blog post, the most appropriate ad size was 336×280 large rectangle. In the sidebar, you can put a vertical banner etc..

Color of the Ad

Should you go to a contrasting color or just blend the ad color with your contents? You must experiment on this and if the contrasting color generates more clicks, then you should go for it. Contrasting color - The ad color is different from your background making it to stand out. Blend the ad - means the background of the ad should be the same as the background of your blog/site. This would make users think that it is a part of your content and drawing them to click the ad.

Location of the Ad

Before you put ads, you must answer first these questions.

  • What part of my blog/site do most visitors visit? Is it the front page? etc..
  • What do my visitors usually do when they visit my blog/site? Read my contents? or Just hang around?
  • How can I manage putting ads by not making my blog full of just ads? Remember that you don't want to make your blog an ad blog.
If you could answer these questions, then you now have an idea on where to put ads. Ad positions varies depending on what type of blog/site you have. For forums, ads are best placed after posts and not on the header. Users usually scroll down to read and skip the header instead. For a normal blog like PC Holics,  ads are best place near contents. Now you get the idea.

The most important of all factors that is not mention here : Understand how your visitors behave on your site. Always listen to your visitors and not to everyone else if that would bring you more earnings.

Adsense Optimization Tip 1: Test and Track your Ads Using Channels

The concept of using "Channels" on Google Adsense was to test which custom ad block generate more clicks and give you  higher earnings. So in this optimization tip, you are required to put different ad slots on your site which has different colors, fonts, positions ,sizes and each must have a different channel name. However in case of a Blogger user, the system allows only to put 3 ad blocks on a Blogger blog. So you can't put multiple ad slots higher than 3. Correct me if my points are wrong here.

It pays your patience doing the optimization tip 1. Now you will see which ad performs better compared to the other ad slots. Using channels also lets you determine which of the two (banner and leaderboard ads) perform better in various positions of your blog/site.

Summarizing the concept, using channels helps you find out which ad position, color, font, and type of ad perform better on your site.

My Adsense Earnings Are Super Low

If you read my post well on the "I Earn $1000 on Google Adsense Everyday", you know that I only get the image using Adsense Generator. That was a big lol earning $30,000 a month with this MMO niche blog.

The truth was, I got low earnings on Asense. Most of the time, my traffic don't convert to clicks. I have received only 2 payments from Google Adsense since last year. And don't tell me that I am going to receive my payment again on the third month :'c.

Due to this happening, I've  decided to optimize my ads on Google Adsense. I have research on tutorials and I have found one that is a good read. If you suck at adsense and want to follow my step on optimizing your ads, you may follow these optimization tips I've found from PinoyMoneyTalk.

76% of my traffic come from referring sites, 18% on direct traffic and 6% on search engines. 56% of my referring sites traffic came from adgitize. Now I know that adgitize traffic doesn't convert well with Google Adsense. Sob...

I Won P10,000 ($214) on Manny Pacquiao's Victory Over Cotto

I woke up 9:30 am(Philippine Time) this morning and watched the undercard fights before Pacman's fight. While watching, a man from the neighborhood came knocking. I let him in and served him with snacks. Then suddenly he asked me to bet on Pacquiao's fight. I said Pacman will win the fight. He laughs and bet on Cotto to win the fight. I challenged him to bet on Cotto for P10,000 ($214) then he agreed. Pacman's fight came and we both watched it with the money in the middle of our living room's table. Let me end this, I don't want you to read how I made him cry.  Of course I won! He walked out of our house with I don't know what to call on his face. Indifferent?

If you missed the fight. Here is the summary of it from Vancouver Sun. Written by Harold Munro on his article " Blog: Manny Pacquiao wins WBO welterweight title fight"

Round 1

Manny "Pac Man" Pacquiao entered the ring wearing a huge grin. In contrast, Miguel Cotto was all business, never cracking a smile.

Cotto snapped Pac Man's head back with an early strong jab and beat him to the punch most of the round.

Both landed 12 punches but Cotto's blows were more solid.

Round 2

Pac Man landed several combinations to the head. Cotto on his heels, recovered to hit him with a couple of stiff jabs, but not enough to slow down Pac Man, who tagged Cotto with more than 30 punches.

Round 3

Pac Man staggers Cotto with an over hand right early in the round that results in a standing 8 count.

Late in the round, a Cotto upper cut rocks Pac Man.

Pac Man appears to lead 2 rounds to 1.

Round 4

Pac Man sent Cotto to the canvas for the second time with a sharp left upper cut.

Cotto had been doing better until being knocked down late in the round.

Pac Man went to the ropes a couple of times to rest up.

Round 5

Cotto has slowed down since the opening rounds. His punches do not seem to have the same power.

Pac Man, however, was not as accurate this round.

Cotto appeared to land more blows and may have won the round.

Round 6

Again Pac Man's speed overcomes the strength of Cotto. PacMan lands 38 to 8 punches.

The story of the first half of the fight is Pac Man's abiliity to strike from both the left and the right. Cotto has a powerful left hand but not much from the right side.

Round 7

Pac Man kept on coming, relentlessly moving forward to keep Cotto on his heels.

Cotto was given no chance to come forward with any kind of offense.

Again he was out-punched 4 to 1 by the busier and fresher Pac Man.

Round 8

Cotto again in full retreat as Pac Man chased him around the ring with a series of combinations. Cotto appeared hurt a couple of times but never went down.

Pac Man landed 30 punches to Cotto's 11.

Round 9

Cotto's face is a red mass of bruises after a tough round in which Pac Man again peppered him with combo after combo.

Cotto was always going backwards. His wife and young son had seen enough. They left the arena between rounds.

Round 10

Cotto must know that he is way behind, but was never the aggressor in this round.

Pac Man appeared to use this round to rest. Neither fighter was very active.

Round 11

Cotto bleeding from his mouth, nose and above his left eye.

It's all about survival now. Pride.

Cotto can't win unless there is a miracle punch in the final round.

That seems unlikely because his punches have no impact on Pac Man.

Cotto doesn't know what round it is. He asks his corner, "Is there is one left?"

Round 12

Referee stops the fight one minute into the final round. Cotto can no longer defend himself.

TKO.

Pac Man makes history as the first fighter to win seven titles.

I have even plunged in my $24 for a 31 day ad on Adgitize. Based on my readings on the testimonials and on my experience, here is why and why not you must advertise with Adgitize.

Why Advertise on Adgitize
  • Cheap Advertising Fee - that is only $24 and your ad will show for over 500 registered bloggers and counting!

  • Boosts your alexa ranking - before I advertise with Adgitize, my Alexa Rank was 1,300,000. Now its only on 1,000,000 something. Great pull huh?

  • Increases your traffic - I get addtional 70-100 visitors a day on adgitize. Now times that on a 31 day ad.

Why not Advertise on  Adgitize?
  • Increases your Bounce Rate - My bounce rate before I advertise on Adgitize was 55% now it has gone up to 71%. And thats so painful. The reason why bounce rate increases is because bloggers only click on the your ads for points. Its more like a pay per click and earn for 3 seconds.
  • Traffic do not convert or not well - Most bloggers doesn't read your blog posts and if you monetize your blog with adsense, congrats dude for your first pay out after 5 years! hehehe

Tips on How to Maximize Your Adgitize Earnings

We all know that Adgitize have increased their advertising fee from $14 to $24 and it has already started. I have plunged in my $24 on November 3. Advertiser count have decreased this month because of that. If advertisers will leave Adgitize then publishers will have no payout. Although the advertising fee has increased, earning rates also has increased. Also the Affiliate commission has increased from $5 to $8 and the monthly commssion is still $1. Just in case you don't know yet how to maximize your earnings, here is how.

Update: Advertising fee on Adgitze is back to $14 a month.

How To Maximize My Earnings

1. Publish at least 1 article a day. Publishing one article per day is equal to 100 points. You won't get addtional points if you post two articles on your blog and on the other blogs you have added.

2. Click all available ads that appear. That is another 100 points. Do not just click on the ads, try to read them and comment. It is earning points + gaining traffic, links and readers.

3. Get more views for your blog. More views for your blog, more points. Also put 2 blocks of Adgitize ads on your blog that will equal to 10 ads running to maximize your earnings. You get 100 points if your blog receives 10,000 page views. to maximize your blog traffic. join Entrecard and drop as many as you want. Entrecard droppers will return the favor to you. You could also join Link Referral if you are not using Adsense. Also be a active stumbler on Stumble upon. Use Twitter and Facebook to boosts traffic.

4. Advertise on Adgitize. The spent money will later come back after a month. Advertise to boosts your traffic.

5. Refer Advertisers on Adgitize. You will get an additional $8 for bringing in new advertisers and earn $1 on monthly renewal of ads by the advertisers you refer.

6. Be active on the forum. Here is the point system on the forum.
200 word post = 100 points
100 word post = 50 points
50 word post = 25 points
25 word post = 10 points

Now I got an offer for advertisers who will advertise on Adgitize using my referral link.
  • I will pay you half of my referral earnings if you sign up under my link. That is $5, then I will return to you your $2.50 and each time you renew your ad on adgitize I'll return again your $0.50. Email me on my address: allencerezo@gmail.com and  after you have signed up under my link and I'll pay you upon receiving my payment from Adgitize. Join now!

Are Paid Surveys Online Real Or Scam?

Most likely, you've seen many ads spread all over the internet about online surveys. The question is, are they real? Or just a scam? I've tried joining survey sites like surveysavvy and surveyspot but never cash out a single cent. Why? I've never had a survey to be answered. I have never answered one because most surveys are not available in my country, Philippines. And one more reason it doesn't fit my profile. They look for professionals and not a student like me.

Even though I've never cash out from these online survey sites I can guarantee you that there are legitimate survey sites that really pays. It does not make you rich but it will make you earn couple of hundreds. It is okay because is is free and they do not spam you. You can try these survey sites that really pays: Greenfield, brand institute, surveysavvy, Synovate, pinecone, NPD surveys, Lighspeed, Your2cents, opinion outpost, ipsos, American consumer opinion, Surveyspot and globaltestmarket. Or go to this link for top listing of paying survey sites: http://www.paidsurveyworld.net/top-paid-surveys.htm

Tips and Tricks from http://www.paidsurveys.co.in/surveytips.htm

•Signup with as many paid survey sites as possible. Be honest with your personal details while signing up.

•It may be better if you use an email address specifically for this purpose.

•Bookmark any sites that have a login section, creating a separate "Surveys" folder in your favorites. That way you can easily access all you survey panels

•Many survey sites have a "profiles" section where you can answer questions about your interests, home, job and other details. Be sure to fill out all profile surveys as this increases your odds of being selected for a survey.

•Check your email daily for survey invitations. Many surveys will remain only as long as the required number of respondents are reached. So, if you are early, you can get more surveys.

•It is better to participate in a survey, even if it for a drawing. The odds of winning the drawings are quite good as the number of participants are limited and the prizes are also good.

•Be honest while doing the surveys. Your opinions are important for the company conducting the survey and as they are paying you. They are entitled to get an honest opinion from you in return for the rewards they give you.

•Get a free personal Paypal account as many sites pay by paypal.

•Roboform is a nice program that will store information such as your name, email, address etc. and will save you lots of time while registering for paid survey sites. It will also save your login names and passwords so you need not remember them all.

Google Doesn't Care About Our PageRank Anymore?

Just recently I have posted about my quest in achieving a PR3 in 90 days. Then I run a blogsearch about page ranks then I read an article saying that Google Quietly drops PageRank from Webmaster Tools. Google had indeed remove Page Rank statistics on Webmaster tools.

Susan Moskwa from the Webmaster Central team explained it was removed by Google because Google doesn't want webmasters to focus too much on pagerank. This is a good thing for webmasters since they worry so much about page rank. I myself become so obsessed about how will I rank high.

And since this is what Google wants, I will not continue anymore my quest on PR3 in 90 days and getting a PR10 backlink from Adobe. Was my decision right or wrong? If Google truly don't want us to worry too much on our rankings, it is much better if Google will give us all a PR of 10.

The Quest for PR3 Ranking in 90 days

Our goal is to climb up to the top of the Search Engines. Some got a very competetive niche and they have to prove to the Search Engines that their blog is more relevant than the others. Bloggers are  having hard time to promote their blog because of lack of time and lack of money. Having a thousand of quality backlinks doesn't have to be time consuming or costly. There are many ways to generate free PR backlinks. In the  next 90 days here is what you will do to achieve the goal of PR3 Ranking in 90 days starting now.

1. Submit your blog to directories. Submit your blog to directories as many as you can that is related to your niche. Submit it manually or automatically using semi-automatic softwares or services.

2. Write atleast three articles per week and submitting to article directories. In short, you will do article marketing. I've read that this method is very effective. Article directories also bring extra traffic to your blog.

3. Post to social networking sites.  Social networking sites are best tool for fast indexing and also bring in tons of traffic. Social networking sites like Digg, StumbleUpon, Propeller have a high Google Ranking. There are available softwares that you can use to speed up your submissions to multiple sites at one time.

4. Submitting RSS feeds to RSS directories.  Rss feeds are important in backlink building. If you don't have one have it now. You can again use RSS submitters to submit your RSS feed automatically. If you don't have RSS feed, you can do blog commenting to do follow blogs.

5. Joining forums related to your niche.  Post to forums atleast 10 times a day. Forums are indexed by Search Engines and have high ranking. Make sure to leave your link at your signature to gain backlink.

Having yor blog rank high to search engines will bring you tons of traffic. Thus increasing your income!

PR10 Backlinks from DP and Adobe: Is It for Real?

Last June, I wrote about Free PR10 Backlink from Google. Then just now I Googled how to get a PR10 backlink aside from that method. Then I've found out this post about getting PR10 backlinks on howtorankhigh.com. I've read that there are rumors that someone can get you a PR10 backlink from Digital Point Forum. Also I've read that you can get a pr10 backlink by utilizing Adobe. Hmmm..Let us try these methods I've found on howtorankhigh.com. I'll report back if anything happens to my ranking.

…if your company has done some development using Adobe products, here are a few examples of how you can get involved and subsequently rewarded….

1. Apply for the 2008 Adobe Max awards. Their 2007 site has a PR8 and both winners and honorable mentions get a PR7 backlink. In fact you get more link love if you are an honorable mention then you do for winning, so it pays to have a good but not great submission.

2. Take part in Flex Camp!

Hang around and get interviewed for quotes and you can get a backlink from a page like this one.

3. Get involved with the Flex dev community. Submit content, and you get an “About the author” plug at the bottom of your entry – write a very long entry and they break it into multiple parts – more links for you.

4. Another option is to write some content for the Edge newsletter!

See, just because a full flash web site makes you cringe does not mean you should stay away from using Adobe products for development. I’ve seen a new site come out of absolutely nowhere to a PR7 with just a few Adobe.com back links.
(Source: http://www.seowrench.com/pr10-adobe-free-backlinks/)

In another post from bayaw.com on Aug 08, it lists down the actual steps to get there by going through the Adobe forum/ communities.

1. Go to http://www.adobe.com then click “Communities”

2. New page will show, Click the “Forum” link, on the new page click the topic you want to join, I prefer Acrobat because I regularly used the said adobe product so for sure I can relate on it.

3. Click the “register” anchor link. You need to register to the site forum to gain back link and post some thread from it.

4. Once you’re done registering and you’re in the forum area where you can modify your profile information, click the “Preferences” link then click “Personal Information”. This is the place where you can add back link to your site. There are two field where you can add your link first is in the Your homepage field and second is the Your Favorite URLs field. Used this two fields wisely because they can provide you good do follow back link.

5. Now you have a back link from a pr10 site, all you have to do is explore the forum and post some question or answer some thread to provide a way bot find your account where your back link is located.

5 Steps in Choosing Your Twitter Name

Your twitter name may attract or repel  followers so it is important that you choose the right name to success on Twitter. Follow these simple steps.

1. Your twitter name must be your message. This works well if you are promoting a product. Say for example a follower is looking for pc's. Then your name will be on his search results if you have a name with pc or something related. Your real name works well on Facebook but not much on Twitter.

2. Always check if the name you chose is available. People are buying and selling popular names now on twitter. Thousands of popular names are already taken. You can place numbers and will still show on the search results but you may not want to be accused as a copycat of that popular name. So try to be unique instead.

3. Make your name short. Often people search name with only one or two phrases. So if your name has three, I don't know if they will be interested in  following you. Also, retweeting your updates won't fit since your name occupies most of the characters on the text message. A 12 - 15 character limit is a good choice.

4. Fit your bio on your chose name.  Imagine a company with a pc on his name but selling something not even related on his subject. Catchy isn't it? ahahaha. You account will be suspended for doing so. Your bio on Twitter must be almost the explanation of you chosen name.

5. Stick to one account. If you are promoting a single product, using many accounts will be confusing for your followers. Use multiple accounts if you have several products to promote that are not related with each other.

There they are! The 5 steps in choosing your Twitter name. I need your feedback readers.

The Best Blogging Tip: Don't Rush to Blog

Sometimes, we find ourselves being impatient with our blogging career. We post often and we care so much with posting intervals. This results to " rushing to blog". This affects our blog readership. Here is what you do if you fell rushing to blog.

Relax. If we are in the state of relaxation, we are able to write well and come up with a quality and interesting post. This is a very good advice espcially for newbie bloggers.

Posting Interval. You don't have to write on a regular posting interval. Just wait until you could come up with a decent, fresh content before you post. Your readers will be looking ofr your next post if you are posting quality contents. Remember that content is king. You are likely to lose your audience if you regularly post but with dull contents and NOT if you missed your regualr posting schedule.

Read other blogs. You could come up with interesting posts from other blog posts. Link to the blogpost and you make your fellow blogger happy. Reading other blogs will give you ideas on your next set of posts.

AFK. AFK means away from keyboard. Move away from your computer for once. Go out and spend time with your friends. Or read a book. This will also give you an oppurtunity to come up with an idea for your next post.

Write on different topics. Obviously, your audience love to read your blog because it is on a certain topic. But it doens't have to be always like this. Sometimes you would have to write on other ideas that excite your audience. I am not saying that it is a good practice but if you really love to post, you could post on various topics.

Done! If you feel rushing to blog, you could comeback and read these tips. I would like to read your comments about this. What do you think of these tips?

Blog Content:Struggling for Writing Ideas?

When we start our first blog, we got lots of ideas and we are eager to post. But after posting a couple of times, you'll end up staring your computer thinking on what to write.

If you are experiencing this blogging problem, here are some tips for you.

1. Get some fresh contents. You can get it from newspapers, television, magazine, etc. it doesn't matter where it will come from. But we are not copying ones content here. Just jot down ideas and sprinkle it with your own critique and opinion. Isn't it easy to post using this method?

2. What's your reason in blogging? Was it to earn money? Or to write something you are passionate or in expertise? What ever your reason, I know that there is more than one, so try to remember it and it will be a kick start for your posting.

3.Let someone take over. Hire a writer or outsource some work. you might also want to look for guest posters. Just as long that they write the same idea as you.

This was just simple tips to jump start to your posting again. You can do one of these or do these three tips.

Niche Marketing - Part 1

I would like to acknowledge wealthy199 of BHW for this guide on how to find your niche. And I would like to share it to everybody. This is a no B.S. guide and not a get rich quick scheme. This is just a proper system use by thousands of people on how to find your niche and make this as your source of full time income. This will work if you actually implement it.

Finding Your Niche

Your first step was to look for profitable niches. Before you create your product, you must first look for a market that spends money, then find out what they want and give it to them. On deciding what product you would promote in the future, you must think of this simple principle: There should be a demand for your product or service. Offer people what they actually need, a product that would make their lives better and help them solve their problems.

You maybe aware of current events in the real world. You may have seen them on the television, magazines, newspapers or the radio. You may jot them down or do anything that would make you remember them. You are gonna use them later. Now go to Google Hot Trends then look for ideas. If you find a hot niche, make a note and look for more targeted sub-niches. Look for more ideas on Lycos Top 50 and Yahoo Buzz! .

Go to eBay pulse, it is the best place where you can look for sub-niches. Select a category, then look for more profitable sub-niches by going to a sub-category. Your best chance of success was to be very specific on your niche selection. And to mention, eBay also puts out a PDF report of their hottest categories each month, available at http://pages.ebay.com/sellercentral/hotitems.pdf. You could also look at Amazon to see what currently exists on a given sub-niche.

At this time, you maybe have an idea on what niche you would target. It is time to determine its profitability. You could use these free tools.

http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/
Or…
http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/

Just type in a keyword then press submit. You will then be presented with a list of keywords and key phrases that are related to the subject you have entered. Each keyword or key phrase would have an indication of the number of searches that they have gathered from search engine users. The number of searches made for a particular keyword or key phrase is a good barometer of the demand. You’d want at least 5,000 searches for your main keyword.

Here are several other sites you can use to get niche ideas:

Nichebot - http://www.nichebot.com
Shopping.com Top Searches – http://www2.shopping.com/top_searches
AOL Hot Searches - http://hot.aol.com/hot/hot
Google Groups - http://groups.google.com
Craig's List - http://www.craigslist.com
Delicious Popular - http://del.icio.us/popular
Dig - http://www.digg.com
Google Catalogs - http://catalogs.google.com
Google Suggest – http://www.google.com/webhp?complete=1&hl=en
Technorati - http://www.technorati.com

Also you may also want to do some targeted searches on Google and Yahoo. Google your keywords and determine the competition on Adwords. Next step is to look on how many magazines are there on the subject on your chosen niche. Go here to check them out. Magazines.com - http://www.magazines.com
and
Amazon – http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/599858/

The next thing to do to find out more about a niche is to visit the forums. By visiting forums and taking note of what people are most concerned about you can search the Internet for products and services that will help them solve those problems. Gather the information about the topic. Do some spy work.

Done! By now you should have found a profitable niche market.

Make Money Online - Getting Started

This is the most frequently asked question in making money online: " How do I get started?"

Entering the world of internet marketing and becoming successful requires determination because it is very hard to do. Most internet marketers are not successful because they only think of getting money. They only think of getting some sales. And that is a big problem. Why? No one goes online to buy things that are of random. People buy things that they need, what they want, they look for solution to a problem or for something. And you're job was to give them what they are looking for and in that way you are going to make a sale.
