Amazon's Kindle Publishing for Blogs offers bloggers to upload their blog and get paid for their content based on the number of subscriptions. You have to sign up first and get verified. Verification usually took 24-48 hours upon your submission. Note that you cannot use your existing Amazon account on this. You will have to create another account.
Amazon pays you 30% royalties of subscriptions and for every single issue sales revenue every month. However, you cannot control the subscription prices. Amazon does it for you to what they think is fair. Most of the pricing ranges from $0.99 - $1.99.
Payments are made through cheque once you've reach $50 or you can opt in to direct deposit to your bank account once you've reach $10. You will be charge an $8 fee for cheque payments for US address and electronic payments are only made to U.S. bank accounts.
